Walton County Tourism celebrated National Travel and Tourism Week May 7-13, with Tourism and Hospitality related workshops and activities highlighting how tourism supports the Walton County economy and way of life. Concluding with an open house at the Visitor Information Center, our staff answered questions and shared insights about Walton County as a top-tier travel destination and the role of the tourism department. Visitors of the open house were also able to enjoy light bites from favorite Walton County eateries and chefs including Embers Bistro, Eagle Springs Restaurant, Cava & Cakes, Chanticleer Eatery, Seagrove Village MarketCafe, The Polished Chef, Old Florida Fish House and Coastal Coffee Bar, while perusing a showcase of artwork from Bradley Copeland, our 2023 Artist of the Year.
